We recently worked with Bergman Builders to build a vacation home, and highly recommend them. Kurt and Stacy are friendly, genuine, and trustworthy people. The communication was very good throughout the process, and their customer service was excellent any time we had questions or needed to work through any decisions or curveballs. They have strong, long-standing partnerships with their suppliers and sub-contractors, which helps ensure quality and streamlines the process. They were also very good at estimating the cost and timeline for the project. We absolutely love the finished product and would definitely work with the Bergmans again!

I highly recommend Bergman builders. From the first time we met them at the home show till our final reconciliation, Kurt and Stacy were there for us. They answered every question we had (there were a lot of them) very promptly even when they were on vacation. They had very good suggestions on things we should do or change when we were unsure of what to do. Kurt and Stacy were very pleasant and professional. They really go the extra mile for their customers. The employees and subcontractors of Bergman builders are also very professional and helpful. Hands down the best builder around.

We chose Kurt and Stacy of Bergman Builders to build our new home for many reasons. We were very impressed with the quality of their homes when we attended some open houses. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. During the homebuilding process we found they made it easy to understand and walked us through each detail. The time frame that it took to build our home was also spot on. We realize the homebuilding process can often have many hiccups for many different reasons, but we were extremely fortunate. Woodfield Pointe is our 3rd 55+community. We moved from Georgia and had to do quite a bit from a distance away. Kurt Bergman is very easy to work with. Our home is everything we hoped it would be. . . . . . and more. We feel it is a quality home and there were features we never knew we were getting, such as Kohler sinks and a WiFi Garage door opener!The appliances are higher end, which we appreciate. The woodwork, cabinets and stonework are excellent quality. We have had a few snowfalls already so we enjoy having our roads plowed and our sidewalks shoveled and salted. We are not from this area of Wisconsin, but were pleasantly surprised by the shopping, restaurants and the healthcare facilities that are so close to our community. This is a truly beautiful area of Wisconsin. We highly recommend Bergman Builders and Woodfield Pointe 55+ community. Come and talk to us!

I purchased a new home from Bergman Builders just recently. I was living in California and dealt with a Realtor Mark Kitowski from KPR Realty in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. All I saw was pictures of the house on the Net. I did not come to Wisconsin to look at it before purchasing. My house is located in Tuscany Village which is a 55+ Community. When I arrived on December 4, 2015 and saw the house for the first time in person I was overwhelmed by its beauty, construction detail and quality workmanship. I had heard that Mr. Bergman was a very respected builder in this area and what I saw confirmed everything that I was told about him.
