Most of our customers have ideas and sketches but no actual building plans…and that’s ok! Kurt, a design major from UW-Stevens Point, along with our in-house designer, also a UW-SP alum, work with our customers to incorporate their ideas into unique and functional home designs. What’s the advantage of having your builder design for you? Your builder knows your budget and what home you can build for that budget. Designers who are not builders may not have the information available to be able to design for your budget. Our design process normally takes two to four months to complete.
If you have plans already, that’s ok too. We can bid on your project either way.
Once we have the plans approved by you, we can proceed with the bidding process to finalize the home cost. Construction time varies depending on the complexity of the home, but our homes typically take between 6 to 8 months to complete. We have a great group of employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that we build you the highest quality home we can and on schedule… of course, we are there with you along the way for questions, potential changes, and advice.
